TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ELECTRONIC BOOKING SYSTEM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SECTION I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Electronic Booking System rules of Moon Garden Hotel operated by UAB Užupio namas, regulate the procedures for accommodation sales (hereinafter the “Services”) offered by Moon Garden Hotel via the electronic booking system of UAB Užupio namas (registered office address: Paupio str. 31A, Vilnius; legal entity code 303124604; phone: (8-5) 219 9949; e-mail: welcome@moongardenhotel.com ) https://www.moongardenhotel.com/ (hereinafter – “Electronic Booking System”), as well as Moon Garden Hotel and its customers’ mutual rights, obligations and liabilities.

2. Moon Garden Hotel reserves the right to modify and supplement these rules at any time. When using the Electronic Booking System, the rules valid at the time of placing the order are applicable.

3. Moon Garden Hotel does not assume any risk and is unconditionally exempt from liability, if a customer has not fully familiarized themself with these rules, even though they have been made available to them.

4. The following persons have the right to place orders via the Electronic Booking System:

4.1. Natural persons who have full legal capacity, i.e. of legal age, whose capacity has not been restricted by a court;

4.2. Legal persons acting through authorized representatives;

4.3. Authorized representatives of all the persons specified in clauses 4.1-4.3 of these rules.

NOTE: Minors may use Moon Garden Hotel

services only under adult supervision. An adult is a person at least 18 years old who shall take full responsibility for the safety and behavior of the children under his/her supervision, for the children’s compliance with these rules, and for taking proper care of children’s belongings;


5. Moon Garden Hotel reserves the right to restrict the Customer from using the electronic booking system without prior notice if the Customer essentially violates the requirements of these Rules; for example, attempts to impair the stability and/or security of the electronic booking system operation.

6. Information in the Electronic Booking System is available in English language.

7. The terms used in these rules shall be understood as defined in the Rules on the provision of Moon Garden Hotel Services.

SECTION II. ACCESS TO THE ELECTRONIC BOOKING SYSTEM

8. Customers can purchase Services by connecting to the Electronic Booking System and providing the following information:

8.1. Name of a natural person, contact phone number and e-mail address;

8.2. Customer data is entered only for the purpose of order confirmation. No customer account is created in the Electronic Booking System and no data on previous bookings is accumulated.

9. If the customer’s registration details change, they must be updated immediately. Moon Garden Hotel will not be liable for any inconvenience caused to the customer and/or third parties if the customer has provided incorrect and/or incomplete personal data, or did not provide or supplement the data when their details changed.

10. The personal data submitted by customers shall be processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws regulating the processing of personal data. When processing and protecting a customer’s personal data, Moon Garden Hotel shall follow the Privacy Policy (appendix 1) and shall ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, modification, disclosure, and any other illegal processing. The customer’s personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes only with the customer’s consent. The customer’s consent is noted in the Electronic Booking System in the relevant field. A person purchasing a gift certificate for another individual or making a booking on behalf of another individual(s) undertakes to ensure that the data used for these individuals is provided to Moon Garden Hotel with their consent.

11. The customer always has the right, upon request to Moon Garden Hotel, to familiarize themselves with their personal data processed by Moon Garden Hotel, to find out how it is processed, or to request corrections, destruction or stopping the processing of their data, except for storage, or when data is processed without complying with the provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other laws regulating the processing of personal data.

12.Customers’ personal data will be used and stored in accordance with the procedure and terms established in the Privacy Policy (appendix 1).

SECTION III PROCEDURES AND TERMS FOR MAKING BOOKINGS AND SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS

13.The customer is given the opportunity to choose available accommodation included in the booking table with an indication of the possible choice of date, based on the prices valid on the day of booking.

14.Having familiarized themself with the composition and price, the customer can choose the desired date of booking for the chosen room and additional conditions.

15.Having selected the offer, the customer must go to another stage of booking – a form, where they shall specify their personal data and any particular notes/requests for the booking.

16.In order for the customer’s booking to be valid, the customer must pay an advance. The customer can make an advance payment in one of the following ways:

16.1. By credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard);

16.2. By electronic bank transfer (EVP International);

16.3. By bank transfer or later;

16.4 By cash upon arrival

17.Having selected the payment option specified in paragraphs 16.1 or 16.2, the customer is directed to a website where payment can be made via the EVP International system. The data authorization starts from the connection to the system with the help of the encrypted 128-bit protocol of the EVP International. Upon acceptance of the payment by the EVP International system, the customer will be automatically notified via e-mail to confirm the payment and booking. The e-mail will include the customer’s detail, the name of the hotel, the total price of accommodation, the advance paid and the amount to be paid at the hotel, as well as other terms of services. The customer shall pay the remaining amount for their purchased accommodation at the hotel. The e-mail confirming booking shall be presented at the hotel as a proof of payment and to confirm the outstanding amount.

18.Having selected the payment option specified in paragraph 16.3 -16.4 (to pay by bank transfer or later), the customer will receive the preliminary confirmation of the booking via e-mail; however, the booking will only be finalized upon payment of the advance by a simple bank transfer, via the online system or upon arrival.


19. In the electronic reservation system, prices for services are expressed in euros, including value added tax, and excluding the one (1) euro/day tourism fee set by Vilnius Council, which is calculated additionally based on the rates and procedures approved by the Vilnius Council.

20. Before paying the advance, the customers confirm that they have familiarized themselves with the rules of operation of Moon Garden Hotel Electronic Booking System by ticking the checkbox next to, “I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy (appendix 1) and ordering rules.” Customers are not given the opportunity to make a booking if they are not familiar with these rules and do not confirm it.

21.When Moon Garden Hotel receives a payment confirmation, a service contract is considered concluded between the customer and Moon Garden Hotel. Moon Garden Hotel is not liable when the service contract is not concluded due to the fact that the payment has not been received in due time under the conditions specified in these rules.

SECTION IV. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

22. Any disagreements between the customer and Moon Garden Hotel regarding compliance with these rules shall be resolved through negotiations. Failing to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

23. In order to submit a claim or solve a problem, the customer must contact Moon Garden Hotel in writing. Possible ways to file a claim or application include:
23.1 Sending an e-mail to: welcome@moongardenhotel.com
23.2. Sending a letter to Paupio str. 31A, Vilnius, Lithuania;
23.3. Directly upon arrival at Moon Garden Hotel on working days from 9:00 to 17:00.

SECTION V. FINAL PROVISIONS
24. For other matters related to the procurement of Services at https://www.moongardenhotel.com/ not discussed in these rules, the Rules on Provision of Moon Garden Hotel services shall apply.

SECTION VI RULES OF STAYING IN Moon Garden Hotel

25. Check in is from 3:00 p.m. and check out by 12:00 a.m.

26. The Hotel is open 24/7.

27. Silent hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

28. Please keep all common spaces clean.

29. Please do not disturb other Moon Garden Hotel guests or their privacy.

30. Do not smoke inside the room, balconies or other common areas. Smoking is only permitted in dedicated smoking areas.
31. Every Moon Garden Hotel guest and anyone accompanying them must present valid ID documents upon arrival at reception.

32. Parents (guardians) or other accompanying adults shall assume full responsibility for the health, safety, appropriate behavior, and adherence to these Regulations of children under 18 years of age and persons with a disability who stay at the hotel.

33. Guests must pay the invoice on the day of arrival (certain exceptions may apply).

34. Natural person may pay in cash (euros), by a credit card or bank transfer.

35. Guests who wish to arrive with pets must notify the administration in advance, and pet owners must prove that the pet is not aggressive and will not harm other guests (an additional fee shall be charged for pet accommodation).

36. Guests who pay for services provided by Moon Garden Hotel but decide not to use the services may not claim a refund. If a guest leaves Moon Garden Hotel earlier than envisaged in their booking (i.e. stays for a shorter term) the guest may not claim a refund for the unused time.

37. If a guest fails to show up, a fee for the actual idle time of the Moon Garden Hotel room shall be charged.

38. The hotel reserves the right to forbid undesired persons from using the services of Moon Garden Hotel based on the Internal Regulations Moon Garden Hotel and other enforced local legal acts and/or enforced legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

39. In case of disappearance of or damage to any property belonging to Moon Garden Hotel, the persons responsible for the damage shall compensate for the caused damage at a ratio of 1:2. Where, as a result of damage caused, it is impossible to accommodate guests, the full price of the room shall be charged for the entire time period required to eliminate the damage.

40. For all the services and goods that Moon Garden Hotel guests acquire or make use of, but for certain reasons fail to pay for before their departure, the hotel may withdraw the respective amount for the goods and/or services from the guest’s account (credit card, etc.). Guests hereby agree to pay for the acquired goods and/or services in full, even after their departure.

40. Wifi is free of charge, Wifi password is moongarden.

41. Guests must keep their valuables in the safe deposit box available in their room. The hotel shall not be liable for any items left in places other than the safe deposit boxes provided in the rooms.

SECTION VII THE FOLLOWING IS PROHIBITED AT Moon Garden Hotel


42. To move furniture (without the administration’s permission).
43. To pass room and/or main entrance door code to any person who is not staying the following room.

44. To keep any highly flammable substances in the rooms and common areas of Moon Garden Hotel.
45. To cause damage to any Moon Garden Hotel property.
46. To accommodate a number of persons in a room exceeding the number specified to the Moon Garden Hotel administrator.
47. Failing to notify the administration in case of any failures of the Moon Garden Hotel facilities.
48. To leave any electrical appliances unattended while in operation.
49. To use any electrical appliances, except in cases where such appliances are received from the administration and the administration is notified in advance about the use of such appliances. (The use of the following shall not be prohibited: laptop and cell phone chargers, beard trimmers, hair dryers).
50. To keep pets and birds in the rooms without notifying the administration in advance.
51. To keep any aggressive pets that may harm other Moon Garden Hotel guests.
52.To disturb other Moon Garden Hotel guests.
53. Guests are prohibited from making noise in the hotel and/or on the hotel’s property (i.e. to play loud music and musical instruments, to sing, scream or whistle loudly and/or behave in any other inappropriate manner) from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Should a guest fail to adhere to this prohibition and violate public order or disturb other persons staying and/or working at the hotel, a fine of EUR 150 shall be imposed on the guest and the guest must also compensate for any other damage resulting from the incident.
54. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in any of the Moon Garden Hotel rooms and/or on balconies of the rooms. If this prohibition is not adhered to, a fine of EUR 100 shall be imposed. Smoking is only permitted in dedicated smoking areas. To ensure the safety of every Moon Garden Hotel guest, each room is fitted with smoke and fire alarm systems.
55. It is prohibited to leave underage children unattended in the rooms and/or other areas of Moon Garden Hotel, and parents or guardians of underage children must ensure the safety of their children at the hotel.
56. To bring strangers to a Moon Garden Hotel room without notifying the administrator of Moon Garden Hotel.
57. To bring any tools, arms or other items that pose a threat to health or life onto the Moon Garden Hotel property.
58. To bring, use, store and/or consume any narcotic or other psychotropic substances. In all such instances, the Moon Garden Hotel administration shall call the police.
59. To fail to adhere to the General Regulations of Moon Garden Hotel and all the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania that regulate the safety of people and the prevention of other potential threats.

SECTION VIII OBLIGATIONS OF GUESTS STAYING AT Moon Garden Hotel:

60. To adhere to the General Regulations of Moon Garden Hotel.
61. To pay for all the provided services at once (certain exceptions may apply).
62. At the time of departure from Moon Garden Hotel, to make sure that all the services have been paid for.
63. To closely adhere to the fire protection rules.
64. At the time of leaving the room, to make sure that all electrical appliances (light, TV set, etc.) have been appropriately switched off.
65. At the time of leaving the room, to make sure that all hot and cold water taps have been tightly closed.
66. At the time of leaving the room, to make sure that the room is appropriately locked and that no strangers are able to enter it.
67. In the case of any failure in the room of Moon Garden Hotel, to notify the administrator of Moon Garden Hotel.
68. If a guest fails to check out of the room by 2:00 p.m. and it is impossible to contact the guest, or if a guest avoids paying for the provided services and vacates the room at the request of the administration, the administration shall reserve the right to move any items left in the room to the guarded premises at the hotel.
69. In case of an emergency, guests of Moon Garden Hotel must first contact the reception desk by calling (8-5) 219 9949.

SECTION IX CUSTOMER CARE AND PREMISE MAINTENANCE Moon Garden Hotel:

70. Breakfast at the hotel are on request and due to availability. Breakfast needs to be agreed upon a time with Hotel Administration.
71. The Moon Garden Hotel room service operates from 8:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.
72. Towels and bathrobes are changed daily and bed linen is changed every 3 days in the rooms where guests are accommodated.
73. Moon Garden Hotel personnel may perform minor repair of premises and facilities without disturbing the guests of Moon Garden Hotel.
74. During the cold season, the temperature in the rooms may not fall below +18°C.
75. To ensure safety, the Moon Garden Hotel administration shall be entitled to access the rooms in which guests are accommodated.
76. If any lost items are found, the Moon Garden Hotel administration shall return the items to their owners whenever possible. If the owner cannot be found, any left items shall be disposed of according to the prescribed procedure upon expiry of 2 months.
77. The hotel shall not assume any responsibility for any valuables left unattended and/or lost, and/or for any damage caused to valuables in the rooms and/or other areas of Moon Garden Hotel.
78. Should a Moon Garden Hotel guest behave in a criminal manner (fail to adhere to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania), the Moon Garden Hotel administration reserves the right to evict the guest without providing any refund of the amounts paid. Where needed, the Moon Garden Hotel administration shall contact competent authorities.
79. For your safety, the shared-use premises of Moon Garden Hotel are provided with video surveillance cameras.

SECTION X REQUESTS AND PROPOSALS
80. The Moon Garden Hotel administration welcomes requests and proposals from guests to improve the quality of the services provided.
81. Proposals and complaints presented by Moon Garden Hotel guests are considered during administrative and managerial meetings within the set deadlines.

Therefore, we act in accordance with applicable personal data protection and data security legislation. In this notice on data protection, we would like to inform you about which data we store and when, and how we use it – of course, in compliance with applicable laws.

III. General information about data processing

1. Scope of processing of personal data

In principle, we collect and use personal data of our users only to the extent necessary for the provision of a functional website and our content and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users regularly takes place only with the consent of the user. An exception applies to cases in which prior consent cannot be obtained for practical reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.

2. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR serves as the legal basis. For the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual measures. Insofar as the processing of personal data is required to fulfil a legal obligation that our company is subject to (e.g. national reporting laws), Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR serves as the legal basis. If the processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail over the first interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.

3. Deletion of data and duration of storage

The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage ceases to exist. In addition, storage may be provided for by European or national legislators in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. Blocking or deletion of the data also takes place when a storage period prescribed by the provisions mentioned expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfilment of a contract.

IV. Contact/email contact

1. Description and scope of data processing

A contact option is available on our website which can be used for electronic contact. If a user makes use of this option, they can contact the relevant contact person via the email address provided. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted by email is stored in the email system.

In this context, there is no disclosure of data to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation.

2. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of these data is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR if the user has granted its consent.

The legal basis for the processing of the data is, moreover, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If contact is established in order to conclude a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

3. Purpose of data processing

For the processing of personal data as part of email contact, the required legitimate interest in the processing of data is given.

4. Duration of storage

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the relevant facts have been definitively clarified.

If the contact is a pre-contractual relationship (offer or reservation request), the data transferred is also stored in our hotel software and used for contract performance. If no contractual relationship arises, we will delete the data after one year effective at the end of the year.

5. Objection and removal options

The user has the option to object to the processing of their personal data at any time. We have set up the email address welcome@moongardenhotel.com for this purpose. Please note that in the case of an objection, the conversation cannot be continued and we cannot create offers etc. All personal data stored in the course of making contact will be deleted in this case.

V. Online booking through the website

1. Description and scope of data processing

On our website, you have the option to book rooms and arrangements for Moon Garden Hotel. If a user makes use of this option, the data entered in the input form will be transmitted to us and stored. This data includes: first name, surname, email address, phone number, address, number of accompanying travelers, expected arrival time, requests, payment data (credit card), date, time.

If you make an online booking from our website, this is done through the online booking system. All booking data entered by you will be encrypted. In this context, no further transfer of the data to third parties will take place. The data is used exclusively to process the booking and for communication.

2. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of the data is the conclusion of an accommodation contract with the user in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

3. Purpose of data processing

The processing of personal data from the input form is solely for the purpose of processing the booking request and payments.

4. Duration of storage

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of a contractual relationship, we will delete the data received as soon as national, commercial, statutory or contractual retention requirements are met.

5. Objection and removal options

The user has the option to object to the processing of their personal data at any time. We have set up the email address welcome@moongardenhotel.com for this purpose.

Please note that in the case of an objection, the booking cannot be completed and the conversation cannot be continued.

VI. Online booking through other websites

1. Description and scope of data processing

Moon Garden Hotel gives interested parties the option to book rooms and arrangements through hotel reservation portals (third-party providers). If a user makes use of this option, the data entered in the input form will be transmitted to us and stored to the extent permitted by the respective hotel reservation portal in accordance with its own privacy policy. The data may include: first name, surname, email address, phone number, address, number of accompanying travelers, expected arrival time, requests, payment data (credit card).

The data provided is transferred to our hotel software via a so-called channel manager. All booking data received is transferred in encrypted form. As the provider of the channel manager has committed itself to the handling of the personal data transmitted in accordance with data protection law. It takes all organizational and technical measures to protect your data.

In this context, no further transfer of the data to third parties will take place. The data is used exclusively to process the booking and, if necessary, for communication.

2. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of the data is the conclusion of an accommodation contract with the user in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

3. Purpose of data processing

The processing of personal data from the input form is solely for the purpose of processing the booking request and payments.

4. Duration of storage

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of a contractual relationship, we will delete the data received as soon as national, commercial, statutory or contractual retention requirements are met.

Moon Garden Hotel has no influence on the storage periods at the respective hotel reservation portal.

5. Objection and removal options

The user has the option to object to the processing of their personal data at any time. We have set up the email address welcome@moongardenhotel.com or this purpose.

Please note that in the case of an objection, the booking cannot be completed and the conversation cannot be continued.

VII. Sending of e-mails before arrival

1. Description and scope of data processing

We would like to send a welcome mail to those of our guests from whom we have received an email address as part of the booking or where we can connect with the guest through a hotel reservation site. A few days before arrival, the guest will receive an email with a reservation summary and information about the reservation and any additional services that are available. If we send these e-mails, this happens via the platform Loventis. Loventis has committed itself to the handling of your transmitted data in accordance with data protection law. Loventis takes all organizational and technical measures to protect your data.

2. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of the data is firstly our legitimate interest in the processing of data in the context of the booking, i.e. the contract initiation relationship.

3. Purpose of data processing

We want to contact the guests to give them the option to book additional services quickly and comfortably and to find Hostel quick.

4. Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the achievement of the purpose.

5. Objection and removal options

The user has the option to object to the processing of their personal data at any time. We have set up the email address welcome@moongardenhotel.com for this purpose.

VIII. Online review

1. Description and scope of data processing

Former guests can leave a review of our hotel after check-out. For this purpose, we would like to send you an email within 14 days of departure to ask you for a hotel review. In addition, there is the option of submitting the review in a paper questionnaire. In this case, we will enter the opinion submitted into the online review system. Each review may be published anonymously on request. If you did not feel comfortable in one of our hotels, we would like to take the opportunity to contact you.

If a former guest makes use of this online review option, data from the former guest is stored in the evaluation form. This data includes: email address as well as voluntary information such as first name, surname, language and information provided in the review. In this context, no further transfer of the data to third parties will take place. The data will only be used to publish the rating and to mediate poor ratings.

The legal basis for the processing of data is, moreover, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of Moon Garden Hotel.

3. Purpose of data processing

The purpose of the hotel review is to communicate and summarize the opinions of hotel guests through our website so that interested parties can form their own impression about our services. In addition, the results assist with our internal quality management.

4. Duration of storage

The data is not deleted.

5. Objection and removal options

There is always the option to have the publication of the review deleted (right to be forgotten). We have set up the email address welcome@moongardenhotel.com for this purpose. Please let us know what review you would like to have deleted.

1. Description and scope of data processing

Cookies are small files that allow us to store specific information related to you, the user, on your computer while you visit one of our websites. Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users on our websites, as well as to make our offers as comfortable and efficient as possible for you. We use ‘session cookies’, which are cached exclusively for the duration of your use of our website. The session cookies are stored on your data carrier to ensure certain settings and functionalities on our websites via your browser. The cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. once you close your browser. Below, we describe which cookies we use on the site in more detail. In addition, they can be used to provide interactive information, such as watching our virtual catalogues or videos.

At the time of check in to Moon Garden Hotel, we ask your passport and may ask personal data including: first name, surname, email address, phone number, address, number of accompanying travelers, expected arrival and leaving time, requests, payment data (credit card), passport information. We do scan all travelers passports. The data is collected by Moon Garden Hotel exclusively and is not shared with any other third party except of booking management software Loventis that is used by Moon Garden Hotel.

As the provider of the channel manager has committed itself to the handling of the personal data transmitted in accordance with data protection law. It takes all organizational and technical measures to protect your data.

In this context, no further transfer of the data to third parties will take place. The data is used exclusively to process the booking and, if necessary, for communication.

The purpose of data collection during check in is for the safety reasons. We collect passport information for safety reasons while staying in Moon Garden Hotel. It is not used for any other purpose. The data of personal contacts: email, name may be used for asking for a review few days after the stay in Moon Garden Hotel.

4. Duration of storage

The data is collected 6 month after the guest check out time. After the 6 month only guest name, surname, phone number and email address remains in Moon Garden Hotel database and is not deleted. This data we use only for knowing if the guest has already stayed and what is the previous story with the guest: we use discounts for loyal guests and we do not accept rude and violent guests.

5. Objection and removal options

There is always the option to have the publication of the review deleted (right to be forgotten). We have set up the email address welcome@moongardenhotel.com for this purpose. Please let us know what review you would like to have deleted.

There are cameras filming in Moon Garden Hotel public areas 24/7. Images are being monitored and recorded for the purposes of safety, security and the detection of crime and are stored in Moon Garden Hotel computer for not longer than a year. If there is crime or the possibility of aggression, we may share filming information with police.

The legal basis for the processing of data is, moreover, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of Moon Garden Hotel.

3. Purpose of data processing

The only purpose of filming is for the safety of our guests and workers.

The data is collected not longer then 12 month.

5. Objection and removal options

There is always the option to have the publication of the review deleted (right to be forgotten). We have set up the email address welcome@moongardenhotel.com for this purpose. Please let us know what review you would like to have deleted.

XVIII. Protection of minors

This service is primarily for adults. We do not currently market special areas for children.
